From time to time in the session you may be asked your opinion, and/or offered the opportunity to ask questions. Your inputs may be viewed by others during the session; and may be recorded for subsequent viewing by others not in the session you’ve attended.

LiveTime Learning reserves the right not to make the recorded session available for subsequent review. LiveTime Learning also reserves the right to edit and/or translate the session for subsequent viewing by you or others. You and your organisation do not have the right to edit the content, or request that it is withheld from subsequent use.

Recorded content will be available to you and others after the live programme. This content is only available for training purposes under the terms of the licence, and is not for broadcast or re-sale.

LiveTime Learning retains information about your usage of the service and your contribution to the programme(s) and is responsible for the security of that data. Your name and email address is also stored on highly secure Adobe servers.
