When developing client content we follow a five-step collaborative process to ensure we provide the perfect solution.


We work closely with you to understand the current situation, analyse training needs and clarify what the training must achieve.


We outline how the training can run and how it is to be implemented. We suggest timings and content, and recommend interactions and graphic style. Then, we gradually build the content, frequently reviewing and improving it with you until it is absolutely right.


Virtual training is easy to adapt and change, so we use this flexibility to test acceptance of the content, not just at the pilot stage but as the process unfolds. We also work with you to ensure your technology works effectively and, if needed, adapt content and specifications accordingly.


We implement the content, provide any necessary training and complete our final checks. We then launch your solution.


We examine what worked well and what could be improved across the content, process and learning outcomes. We build any learning from this experience into future activity.

A new approach for greater impact

Blue Cross used virtual classrooms to reach a wide audience of volunteers and staff – reach included retail outlets, animal care centres and volunteer homes. We developed content for two different target audiences with over 400 people trained via video, audio and Train the Trainer.

Making virtual classrooms a success

We helped Royal Bank of Scotland demonstrate a more effective use of an existing platform. We adapted content from their face-to-face training across the UK, Europe and USA. We trained staff in content delivery and all development work, and provided consultancy on the best use of platform.

Launching global VC

We implemented a new HR and management programme across the British Council’s locations worldwide, covering over 30 countries. We developed the content and delivered Train the Trainer for staff plus consultancy on implementation.
