Whilst we specialise in creating and delivering virtual training, the LiveTime team is also adept at providing face-to-face training on-site to meet your business needs.

Our trainers have extensive expertise in coaching and delivering training to wide audiences, from Graduate to Director level, in a variety of subjects, putting the learner at the very heart of the experience.

Meet our trainers

David Collins
David Collins has wide experience in business and in the military, in both operational and management roles. He has delivered instruction at his own award winning catering school and has more than a decade of on-going experience producing and delivering CMI accredited classroom and sea-based Leadership and Management training in the Royal Naval Reserve. Previous clients include Grand Metropolitan, Whitbread and Allied Lyons as well as numerous SMEs in London and the South East. David has a BA in History and an MSc in Information Systems with wide-ranging experience in systems analysis, software project management, coaching and technical consultancy. He is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Stephen Cutler
Stephen is an experienced teacher, trainer and coach who has worked in a variety of business and educational environments in both the UK and Japan. He has specialist knowledge and experience training in business leadership and communication, finance systems, coaching, NLP and computer programming. He has degrees in both maths and psychology, an MA in Applied Linguistics, an MSc and a PGCE in Mathematics and wide experience in both maths and EFL education. He has worked for KPMG, the International Communications School and the Institute for International Business Communication in Tokyo.

Maeve Ferris
Maeve is a proven professional leader with a strong background in learning and development, human resources, recruitment and organisational development. She has over 10 years’ experience in a variety of different sectors in Ireland and the UK. Maeve has worked in both SMEs and large multi-national organisations including Diageo and Sky.  As an accomplished learning consultant, she consistently maintains a learner-centric approach and commercial focus. She has managed projects and stakeholders across Ireland and the UK. Maeve is also passionate about maximising the latest technology to improve efficiency and performance. She has a keen interest in modern workplace learning approaches and career development.

Marion Giles Donovan
Marion offers generic, management and procedural training, personal development courses and IT training and works with a wide range of clients including London based authorities, city councils, housing corporations and universities. She also coaches individuals on a one-to- one basis, mentoring interpersonal skills development. Marion designs and delivers solutions from ‘off the shelf’ to bespoke and tailored training and has written e-learning modules to support post-training delivery, providing realistic examples and exercises to help participants translate theory into practice. She is a qualified a Future-basing© facilitator and has coached many projects, helping small companies or individuals to create a vision for their future.

Marion Letham

Marion has worked with the senior teams in many organisations to develop, manage and deliver leadership learning interventions, for example, talent development, leading through change etc. She has also developed core leadership programmes including MBTI profiles and 1:1 coaching for key senior managers. Marion also has expertise in soft skills development, where she utilises the Insights Discovery model and 1:1 coaching conversations. Clients include Intelligent Finance Bank, Resolution Asset Management, (now Igneous) and Action for Children. She has recently worked with the Forestry Commission delivering their in-house management development programme and working with their senior team providing 1:1 coaching as a result of self – learning leadership interventions.

Bea Mitchell
Bea started her career at the BBC in marketing and PR. She then moved into copywriting. In the last six years she has been involved in education, learning and development and has many years of experience in performance and presentation. Bea has worked in both the private and public sectors, focusing on communication and interpersonal skills and has worked with clients such as Renault, Unilever, Hilton and Manpower. She has a BA in English and a PGCE from the Royal Central School of Drama.

Kay Stephan
Kay has spent most of her career as a developer of people, developing strong facilitation and change management skills. For the past 20 years she has worked independently in the UK and overseas with many different organisations. Clients include London Ambulance Service, Bank of Butterfield, Barclays Capital, Financial Ombudsman Service, Avios, Surrey and Sussex Probation Service. Kay is a Member of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Roland Webster
Roland has been as a trainer and facilitator for over 25 years, both in the UK and internationally; he has a interest in leadership development and team working. Roland has worked with a variety of clients including: Crown Prosecution Service, Dept for International Development, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Defence; local authorities such as Islington, Ealing and Brighton & Hove; and Thales Group; Norland Managed Services; Roffey Park Institute; Singapore Civil Service College; Changi International Airport; London and Surrey Universities; Peabody Trust; and Hyde Housing. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and member of the professional Mediators Association.
