March

As per last month, three books we like (and keeping with the theme, only one related to L&D 😉).

We hope you like them too.

True Story

True Story – Michael Finkel (suggested by Kitty)

A unique book. Always surprising, sometimes disturbing and at many points so bizarre you can’t quite believe it’s true.

Happiness – Matthieu Ricard (suggested by David)

Ricard received a PHD in molecular genetics from the Pasteur Institute before becoming a monk in Tibet. His work demonstrates the errors in our thinking that can make us feel miserable, and simple ways to reframe things to bring back a smile!

Coaching Across Cultures – Philipe Rosinski (suggested by Stephen)

Deftly melds ideas on coaching with an understanding of the diverse ways people work and communicate in different countries and organisations.  Full of examples and insights, it’s a great resource for anyone working across different cultures.
