Learn at Lunch Webinar
Virtual classrooms: A modern approach to workplace training

Held Thursday, 4th April 12:00 – 13:00 (BST)

In this hour’s webinar, LiveTime Learning’s Managing Director Matt Turner showcased the virtual classroom (VC). He demonstrated how it is successfully used by many organisations across sectors for live, collaborative and interactive learning.

Matt explored how VCs provide a modern and engaging approach to workplace training as part of a blended or stand-alone offering, that aligns with how people learn and consume information.

Coordinating face-to-face training can prove difficult and impractical when working company-wide and across physical locations. Similarly, the digital solution of e-learning isn’t always an appropriate equivalent. Matt shared how VCs deliver time-effective digital opportunities for staff development and keep the personal interaction e-learning often lacks.

Webinar – key outcomes

By the end of the session attendees learnt:

  • why you might use VC training
  • what subject areas would benefit from VCs
  • the interactive features that replicate the experience of face-to-face training
  • fast and easy ways to get up and running with VCs.
