David Collins

David Collins has wide experience in business and in the military, in both operational and management roles. He has delivered instruction at his own award winning catering school and has more than a decade of on-going experience producing and delivering CMI accredited classroom and sea-based Leadership and Management training in the Royal Naval Reserve. Previous clients include Grand Metropolitan, Whitbread and Allied Lyons as well as numerous SMEs in London and the South East. David has a BA in History and an MSc in Information Systems with wide-ranging experience in systems analysis, software project management, coaching and technical consultancy. He is also a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Stephen Cutler

Stephen Cutler is an experienced teacher, trainer and coach who has worked in a variety of business and educational environments in both the UK and Japan. He has specialist knowledge and experience training in business leadership and communication, finance systems, coaching, NLP and computer programming. He has degrees in both maths and psychology, an MA in Applied Linguistics, an MSc and a PGCE in Mathematics and wide experience in both maths and EFL education. He has worked for KPMG, the International Communications School and the Institute for International Business Communication in Tokyo.

Bea Mitchell

Bea Mitchell started her career at the BBC in marketing and PR. She then moved into copywriting. In the last six years she has been involved in education, learning and development and has many years of experience in performance and presentation. Bea has worked in both the private and public sectors, focusing in particular on communication and interpersonal skills and has worked with clients such as Renault, Unilever, Hilton and Manpower. She has a BA in English and a PGCE from the Royal Central School of Drama.

Roland Webster

Roland Webster has been as a trainer and facilitator for over 25 years, both in the UK and internationally (especially Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe). He has a particular interest in leadership development and team working and has worked with a variety of clients including: Crown Prosecution Service, Dept for International Development, Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Ministry of Defence; local authorities such as Islington, Ealing and Brighton & Hove; and Thales Group; Norland Managed Services; Roffey Park Institute; Singapore Civil Service College; Changi International Airport; London and Surrey Universities; Peabody Trust; and Hyde Housing. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and member of the professional Mediators Association.

Kay Stephan

Kay Stephan has spent most of her career as a developer of people; developing strong facilitation and change management skills. For the past 20 years she has worked independently in the UK and overseas with many different organisations. Clients include London Ambulance Service, Bank of Butterfield, Barclays Capital, Financial Ombudsman Service, Avios, Surrey and Sussex Probation Service. Kay is a Member of the Association for Coaching and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.

Matt Turner

Matt Turner started his career in advertising and marketing, working in the UK, North America Matt several years in Central and South America. He has been training at major organisations for the last eleven years in the UK and overseas. He trains and coaches in a wide variety of subjects from Graduate level to Director. Matt is the founding member of LiveTime Learning. He has experience of working with: Carillion, Unilever, HSBC, Bovis, John Lewis, Barclays and Nestlé. He has a BA in International Marketing with Spanish and a marketing diploma from ITAM, Mexico.
